THOUGHTS FROM OUR HEARTS
God is doing an amazing work through CIDM in Haiti. We are reaching over 4,300 youth every week who are sincerely spiritually hungry for the truth. The song played in the first video by Lauren Daigle “I’m Losing My Religion”… “To Find You”… is being lived out as a revival is happening among the Haitian youth. They are fed-up with the emptiness, hopelessness and legalism called “religion” they’ve grown up with.
This week we are joyfully observing our 7th year of Lavi Reyel (means Real Life in English, which is our New Life Discipleship Bible club). This part of CIDM was born when our first New Believers Class met March 27, 2014. Read how it all began.
To celebrate God’s faithfulness, the Bible club is having a Revival Week now…worship teaching, prayer, fellowship every night in our Warehouse of Worship facility. The celebration will culminate Saturday night as we are expecting 200-300 youth, standing room only, thanking God and celebrating what He’s done in their lives and through the Bible club.
God’s hand of favor is upon CIDM. We saw it first hand as we were just there. Youth who are sold-out for Jesus. It was refreshing, convicting and faith-building to see. Thanks to ALL of you who prayerfully and financially made our Faith Adventure possible. We are thankful to report that all expenses were covered! And…because of your faithful prayers, it was as though we were on holy ground while there. God was so near guiding our hearts, steps, divine appointments and also bringing us home safely. My faith was built more than ever that week as I watched God do His miraculous and incredible work. We’re all in this together as a team. Let’s celebrate God’s incredible faithfulness!
